The perfect song

It's difficult for me to think about a perfect song, probably because it's plenty of beautiful and meaningful songs that makes sense to you in a certain moment of your life, but "objectively" and if I try harder I would call "Someone to Watch Over Me" a perfect song.

Wikipedia says that this song was composed by George Gershwin and the lyrics was created by Ira Gershwin. George and Ira were well known in the 60's for being the authors of the greatest jazz's hits that the most famous jazz singers adapted to the rhyth of their voices.

The lyric is very delicate and special, it's about finding the right person, or more like finding that person who will be able to watch over you. In certain point, it indirectly inserts the question of being sureof being with the right when we are into someone. Is this person the one we meant to find when we think about what's love? I guess we all have been there at one point of our life.

Among all the versions of this song, my favorite one is the one singed by Ella Fitgerald. Even when I love Frank Sinatra and he was the first one to sing it, Ella was the one and only who gave this song the right smooth and the sweet vibe it deserved.
Every time I listen to her singing it, it touchs my soul and warm my heart, probably it's because the touch that Ella gave it more than the lyric itself, but it's still a perfect song to enjoy when we are in the mood of falling in love. (I did not mean to be cheesy)

A country I'd like to visit: Germany

Among all the beautiful countries in earth, I would really love to visit Germany for a few reason. In first place because the amazing cities over there like Berlin, Munich and Cologne with an amazing architecture and historical places.
Once there, I woud love to visit all the art museums over there, but particulary  the Neue Pinakothek, the Pinakothek der Moderne, the Städel and the Ludwig museum, because their special and unique art collections that I am not able to see here in my country.
The second reason because Germany is a dreamy country to visit is the lit nightlife over there, specially in Berlin. Somehow, everything is happening in Berlin right now. People is moving there, the art scene is insane and you get to meet a lot of interesting/cool people to hang out with. I have been told the main reason because Berlin is the best city to party in Europe is because it's full of young people from everywhere and you don't even have to speak dutch, English is all you need to survive. I got surprised when one of my friends who actually lives there told me that the (almost) famous Tomasa del Real (chilean reggeaton singer) played there.
And my last reason, but not least important is because I'd get to see some friends who moved there and the ones who I met here in Chile but are from Germany; meet them again on the flip side. I really think I'd have a wonderful time over there!

Autobiography

Hi everyone!
My name is Belen and I'm 21 years old. I was born in Santiago, where I actually live with my parents and my younger brother. Since 2013, I am studying Art and Theory of Art at the Universidad de Chile.
I love my career, but I have to admit that in a begining I did not mean to be an art historian, instead of that I wanted to study fine arts and become an artist. However, I applied to Art history. I used to think it would be a better idea to have a big knowledge about arts and then, I would be a great artist... Now I have changed my mind. I do not think that a person have to know everything about art to become an artist (yes, I was the biggest fool), but I also realized I do not want to be an artist anymore.
After four years, I am really happy about my mistake because I found what I really wanted to do for the rest of my life.
